NSW Code of Conduct
As a non-registered health practitioner in New South Wales, I work under the Code of Conduct set by NSW law. This page gives you direct access to the official code and to the official information on how to make a complaint.
The official code
The code is set out in Schedule 3 of the Public Health Regulation 2022 (NSW). It defines the standards of honesty, safety and professional behaviour that non-registered health practitioners, including massage therapists, must meet. These are the official documents, unchanged, from the responsible NSW authorities. Each link opens the official government site.

How to make a complaint
The NSW Health Care Complaints Commission is the independent body that handles complaints about non-registered health practitioners. You can contact the Commission directly, at any time, without raising anything with me first and without my permission.
- Make a complaint online, official HCCC complaints portal
- hccc.nsw.gov.au, the Commission's site, with current contact details and complaint information
